How to stop using LastPass - Set 1Password as your default password app

These steps outline how to set 1Password as your default password manager in your web browser. These settings may be set by default, however it is worth you checking first.

  1. Click the 1Password web browser extension app

  2. Choose Sign-In with Microsoft if you haven't opened it yet for today. You may need to click the lock icon a second time.
  3. Click the All Accounts menu (top left), then click Settings (bottom right)

     
  4. Check and make sure your General settings match the following. Enable the top 2 options if they do not.

  5. Click the Autofill & Save option and again check that your settings match as below.

  6. Once done, you can close the browser tab.
